Increase commitment to character development and a desire to contribute to a climate and culture in your school that fosters autonomy, belonging, and competence for all! “Many hands make light the work” is an excellent approach to your school’s character education leadership and implementation. However, stakeholder voice and involvement goes far beyond helping carry the leadership load. In this session, we will explore what it looks, sounds, and feels like when all stakeholders are aware of and engaged in your character work.
