This session will focus on the 4 foundational pillars of character that schools need to have in place to build a strong and clear purpose and a thriving culture and climate. The 4 pillars are Leadership, Staff Culture, Core Values and Shared Mission & Vision. Learn the importance of having a strong foundation and building a strong foundation that will support the work of social, emotional and character development for students.

Every person has a go-to mode of operation when given a task to complete or a goal to achieve. Often these different modes of operations can cause conflict in a team trying to accomplish a task or goal. In this session, you will learn what your go-to mode of operation is and how to recognize and utilize the other modes of operations. You will leave with a better understanding of why people on your team operate the way they do, which in turn leads to a better understanding of people and higher productivity.
